Return & exchanges Policy
1. Return Eligibility
•Time Window: 90 days from delivery date
• Condition:
1.Unused, undamaged, original packaging with tags
2.The product customization information does not match or an error in customization.
3.0pen lines/broken/stained/unclear pictures rendering or lettering.
4.Wrong or mismatched size.
5.Wrong or lost shipment.
6.Damaged or otherwise defective.
Customer should contact us within 7 days of delivery of items and email ([email protected])us photos to support claims for replacement or refund.
2. Refund Options
• Full Refund: Processed to original payment method within 1-3 business days
• Exchange service: Free size/color change (the merchant bears the shipping fee)
3. Shipping Responsibility
• Customer Pays: Shipping fee for non-quality returns (USPS/fedEx discount waybill code is provided)
• Free Return Labels: Available for orders over $200
4. Process Flow
① Contact us via [email protected] → Get RMA code
② Ship item with RMA code written on package
③ Contact Support: Submit a request via email [[email protected]] with order details and reason;
Review queue: Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days;
Return Shipment: Send the item to the designated address upon approval;
Refund or exchange: After receiving the product and verifying it correctly, a refund or exchanged product will be processed within 1-3 working days (the refund will be returned to your payment account as usual.)
5.Please Note: Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer’s expense. A restocking fee of up to 50% will be charge if item(s) is/are returned without original packaging and/or original condition.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Woowcool.com ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. In the event that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the checkout process, woowcool.com will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.
7. Order Cancel/Change Order
Please double-check your order before the buyer submits the order. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please send an email to the merchant within 24 hours after submitting the order. We will cancel or modify the order for you. No fees will be charged. If you need to cancel an order, the order payment will be refunded to your payment account as usual.
If the order has been shipped, we will try our best to contact us to intercept the order. If the order interception fails, the buyer can contact the merchant to return the goods after waiting for the order to be received. The freight cost of returning goods must be borne by the buyer himself. After the merchant confirms that the return goods are received, the merchant will return the original order payment to the buyer's payment account within 3 working days.
