Shipping Scope

At present, we only ship orders within the United States.

If additional markets are added in the future, this policy will be updated promptly to reflect the new regions and applicable delivery details.

 

Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes. No additional tax will be charged at checkout.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

 

Processing Time：

Standard orders: 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Custom orders (e.g., 3D printed items): 3–5 business days

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may be extended by 2–5 business days

 

Shipping Options (USA)：

Express Shipping: 3–6 business days shipping time + processing time (Cost: $25)

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days shipping time + processing time (Cost: $9.90)

Economy Shipping: 7–15 business days shipping time + processing time (Free shipping)

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has shipped.

Tracking details may take up to 3 business days to appear online.

 

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery: If unattended, carriers may leave a pickup notice. Redelivery can be arranged with the carrier.

 

Address Errors: Please contact us within 24 hours if you entered an incorrect address. Reshipment fees may apply.

 

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number for assistance.
